Australian Shipping
Standard shipping is free in Australia. Artwork can be shipped express if required. The cost depends on the size, so please contact me for a quote.
International Shipping
Please contact me for a quote for international shipping. For most countries it is less than $40AUD for artwork that is sent flat or rolled in a tube.
When will it arrive?
Allow for up to three weeks for standard delivery in Australia. This includes the time to prepare the artwork (up to seven days for fine art prints), and Australia Post delivery timeframes. Most artwork will arrive sooner, within two weeks or less. Please let me know if you are hoping for a particular date.
Delivery for international orders will vary by country. Sometimes additional time is needed for customs clearance.
Packaging
Artwork on paper that is larger than A3 size will be sent rolled in a tube for safer transit. Artwork smaller than A3 will usually be sent flat in a rigid mailer. Paintings on board or canvas will be packaged in cardboard. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me for a refund. The cost is covered by postage insurance.
Refund Policy
I want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return it to me and I will send you a full refund. Please contact me within five days of receiving your order to let me know about any issues, and for a return shipping address if you require a refund.
